The Story Of Our Lives
Thunderclan, the tree loving cats.
Riverclan, the kittens who love swimming.
Shadowclan, the villain wannabes.
Windclan, the skippy fast kits.
Everybody is familiar with the four great clans, whom made the journey from the forest to the lake, whom had the greatest leaders of all time, and the greatest battles in history. Even the story of Skyclan, whom Firestar helped rebuild. However, did you know there's another story? This story is just a bit different tho...
Just how the great four clans were created, the same concept fell with three rogue cats (Not in the same way), around the same period in time. Coal, Amber and Jasper were three littermates who were left to fend for themselves at a young age. Without their parents, the three of them wondered around, looking for the perfect places to live, tho never staying in one place too long. At some point in time, they came upon the end of land. In front of their eyes was a vast lake, too large to circle around. Just near the shore line, the siblings could see an island..
Swimming to the island and climbing up the rocks, they found themselves in a cave with multiple shining stones. The littermates spent the night in that cave, deciding to continue their travels the next day, however that single night changed their fates forever...
Dreams of a 'future' in the surrounding territories. Dreams of cats fighting, hunting, living. Dreams of them gathering under the stars and speaking of their lives that moon. Coal, Amber and Jasper awoke and spoke of their similar dreams, spoke of the 'clans' and of the ancient cats in 'starclan'. While Amber and Jasper were excited about such lives, Coal brushed it off as a crazy nightmare and wanted to continue their travel. This decision had sparked tension between the siblings.
Jasper and Amber remained, taking refuge in a nearby mountain area, while Coal ventured off on his own. As moons passed, the two whom remained told any traveling cats their tales, and even told them to sleep in the Cave of Stones, slowly gathering cats to join them in the territories. While they thought of themselves as one clan, even within in the group there was talk of who the true leader was, Amber or Jasper. It was only a matter of time, and a war began within their band of cats. Not wanting to drag a war on, Jasper decided to leave with his followers, and make his own territory across the reveine, leaving his sister Amber alone with her followers.
Years passed, and the two clans, later known as Jasperclan and Amberclan, started living in harmony. Fending their borders from one another, following the dreams and gathering under the stars on a full moon, and even using names and ranks of the ancient cats. Jasper had passed, under the name of Jasperstar, handing his clan over to his long time follower, Batflight. Amber on the other hand, was still alive when Coal returned with a band of rogues...
The return of Coal shocked Amber, who was now known as Amberstar. Coal spoke of the dreams haunting him, as if dragging him to return to the lands. The band of rogues with him were the cats who had passed through the territories over the years, and left thinking the dreams were crazy. With Jasperclan and Amberclan already having claim on the territories, Coal erupted a war, seizing claim on another part of the territory. He claimed his clan to be called Coalclan, and so the start of the three clans began...
